Boosting testosterone levels

Testosterone combined with DHT are the two hormones that promotes beard growth.

Low levels of testosterone in the body can impair the growth of the facial hair.

If you have been diagnosed with low levels of testosterone hormone in the body, you should take fish oils combined with other testosterone boosting foods such as ashwagandha, creatine, peanuts, zinc, eggs, sesame oil, grapeseed oil, avocado, and so on under the advisement of a doctor.

The evidence I found from the research that already exists shows that fish oil inhibits the activity of an enzyme that is converts testosterone into DHT a hormone that promotes beard growth.

Given that a study that exists shows that fish oil whether orally taken or topically applied promotes the growth of hair.

And at the same time, it is clear that DHT a beard growth hormone causes hair loss we can conclude that fish oil is not a good candidate for facial hair growth.
